What are the jewelry pieces made of?
Each bead is made of glass, crystal, or freshwater pearls. All wire and findings are sterling silver and every silver ring between each bead is soldered for extra sturdiness. The photo charms are also sterling silver. Three sizes are available: 1" by 1" square, 3/4" by 1" vertical rectangle, 1" by 3/4" horizontal rectangle.

What are the lengths of the necklaces and bracelets?
The standard lengths (from end to end) are:
Necklaces: 17-17.5 inches
These fit at a loose choker length on most, but there are several rings at the end to adjust the size.
Bracelets: approximately 7 inches, the bracelet is held together with a toggle clasp.
Please let us know if you need a different size, and we will be happy to accommodate.

How are the photos protected?
The photo charms are coated with a protective finish making them waterproof. You can wear your jewelry in the shower, doing dishes, swimming. We do suggest not spraying hairspray, perfumes or sunscreens on the jewelry. As with any piece of jewelry, it should be treated with care.

How do I place an order?
Place the items you would like to purchase into your shopping cart and complete your order. The order and payment are placed through PayPal--please make sure that your email and mailing addresses are current with PayPal before ordering. (Note: You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.) Once your order has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email for your order from PayPal and a second email from us with instructions on how to get the photo(s) ready for your jewelry.

After your order has been confirmed, the next step is to send your photo(s) of choice to us either through email or postal service. Make sure to choose photos that will look appropriate when cropped to the shape of charm you purchase. Keep the photo(s) at its original size because we will crop and edit the photo(s) for you and even convert to black and white, if you so choose. A final draft of the image(s) will be emailed to you before we make the photo tile(s).

Do you make custom jewelry?
YES--to a degree. We can create jewelry similar to our current designs. You can choose a color scheme and suggest bead shapes, or we may be able to try a completely different idea. Please note that shipping times on custom jewelry will take longer due to ordering supplies specifically for your order. Please email us for more informaiton.

When Will My Order Ship?
You should allow 2-3 weeks for delivery from the time we receive your photo(s). We strive to deliver faster than 2 weeks.
In many cases it will be shorter; however, DURING VERY BUSY TIMES THE TURNAROUND TIME WILL EXCEED 3 WEEKS. Please bear in mind that all of our jewelry is handmade, so the process takes time.

What is your return policy?
Since each piece of jewelry is handmade with your personal photos, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds. However, we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If there is a defect or problem, then we will be more than happy to work with you to correct the situation and replace or repair the piece with the same image.
